Open Question: Contractors destroying my apartment what can i do.?
There are contractors that are working on my apt and they are destroying my home. They have left rusty nails and screws and plaster in a pile on my floor they move my furniture and dont put it back. In fact when they moved my furniture the other day and dropped all of the pictures and air freshner on the floor and left there put my curtains up and left it like that so everyone can see in my home. And my XBOX is missing on the same day. Also they chipped the varnish on my TV stand when they moved it .So i call my rental office and they told me that the contractors supervisor will meet me on Tuesday morning so i waited and was late for work the supervisor never showed up. Well it Thursday nothing yet, Property Manager says that the contractors will call me well i am sick and tried. I want to know what can i do call a lawyer?
I took pictures of the damage they did, i guess gonna take them to court.
