Venetian Isles

Okay so my lower right abdomen has been hurting on and off for the past year. In recent weeks it has been almost unbareable. I didnt go to school all last week and went to urgent care, then my doctor, and got sonograms done (like ultra sound). The results came back and there isnt anything wrong with the major organs which is good, but i still dont know whats wrong. Now im going to get blood tested. The pain varies alot. Usually when im getting ready to go to school or at school its 100x worse than if im home writing music or something calming (im 15 yeard old btw). My family is starting to think im lieng, because one minute im fine then the next minute im doubled over in pain. It hurts so bad and is so uncomfortable sitting in class that sometimes i end up skipping all together. Im not a bad kid.. im actually what you would call a “goodie goodie”. I like learning but it seems like the pain radiates through my body and takes all my energy and attention. If its really bad i need to get up and walk every few minutes and i go to the bathroom alot which teachers haaate. I hate going to class because it feels like a waiting game.. its basically me sitting in class anticipating the pain. My parents wont let me stay home anymore because they feel its making them look bad in the schools eyes which is more important to them -_-. Idk whats wrong though.. its not my fault. I lost like 15 lbs because i dont have a appetite because when i eat or drink anything it gets worse. I need to know whats wrong. Ive tried over the counter meds prescribed by my doctor and meds you find in the isle.
They havent worked ): im frustated and stressed out.

Oh and the pain seems to travel . Its not in one particular spot. Sometimes its under my right ribs.. or by my right hip or my lower right back. Occadionally it goes to the left. Its really weird. Please help. If you have any ideas at all let me know
