Voting Question: I have really weird feelings for this guy? Not sure what’s going on? Help?
I met him when I was 7. We totally clicked right away. We both liked each other for years and pretended like we didn’t so we teased each other to hide our feelings. He asked me out several years later and now we’ve been dating for almost 2 years. We are teenagers but…our relationship has been put through many things that most teenage relationships would not survive. Both our parents have tried to break us up at different points, there was a time when we could hardly see or talk to each other but neither of us lost our feelings, we went through a very rocky stage for about 6 months but we got through that, then went through another one…got through that, and during the relationship we’ve gone through some really awful stuff (family stuff, etc) that have really been hard but we’ve both been there for each other the whole time. No matter what, the whole time I’ve known this guy I’ve never been able to get over him. No matter what cute, nice, funny guy comes along and tries to win my heart…it doesn’t phase me because it’s not the same as being with this guy. No one is the same. We’re very different but we click so well even though we don’t always agree. For the past 2 months I’ve been getting some really weird feelings about him. Not bad just…weird. It started one night when I was drifting off to sleep (not asleep quite yet) and I saw me walking down an isle and him at the front and we were getting married, then I get this really weird feeling. A slight tingling feeling. And I’m thinking “What the hell?” After that I kept getting those, visions I guess you’d call them since each time I haven’t been asleep…and I get that weird tingling sensation every time. And I keep thinking “This is the guy I’m gonna marry…” Last night I got another one of those dreams/visions whatever you call them… of him…and I was in a hospital bed and he was sitting next to it and I was holding a baby and I could hear it crying. Tingling feeling again. And I’m thinking “K this is getting really freaking weird..” This kind of thing happens a lot. I keep brushing it off because I think I’m being silly but now I’m not so sure. He told me once that he knows I’m the girl he’s going to marry.
For the love of Pete what is going on? Don’t be rude because I know it all sounds very weird but it’s all true. What in hell is going on?
