Voting Question: HISTORY HOMEWORK HELP!!! (ANY HISTORY TEACHERS OUT THERE?!)?

well, im a bit stuck, so i was wondering if you guys could help me- i have 3 statements about the evacuation at Dunkirk during the second world war, and have two questions- can you help me?—

1) “perfect discipline prevailed ashore and afloat. To and fro between the shore and the ships plied the little boats, gathering the men from the beaches as they waded out or picking them from the water, with total indifference to the air bombardment”.
WINSTON CHURCHILL (WRITTEN IN 1948)

2)”the disintegration of the enemy which we have encircled continues. Some are fighting tooth and nail, others are fleeing to the coast and trying to get across the channel on anything that floats. le debacle!”
GERMAN GENERAL HALDER IN HIS DIARY (WRITTEN MAY 30, 1940)

3) “the english troops, about 340,000 in number, were driven back to the sea at dunkirk. Abandoning their military equipment they were evacuated to the british isles. The dunkirk ‘miracle’ can only be explained by the fact that Hitler forbade his generals to annihilate the English, in the expectation that he could make temporary peace with them and safeguard his rear to the west”
EXTRACT FROM A RUSSIAN TEXTBOOK (PUBLISHED IN 1950)

i know its a lot to read, but i really need help- ??!?

the questions are-

1. How far do these three versions agree about the evacuation of troops at dunkirk? (10 marks)
and
2. What factors explain the differences in interpretations shown in the above extracts? (20 marks)

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
