Resolved Question: Was there any nation of the British Isles for which the Stuart kings were not a total disaster?
They brought civil war, monumental corruption, gross governmental incompetence and total collapse to Scotland, England and Ireland, and probably didn’t do Wales a lot of good either - did they have any redeeming features at all?
