Tender Token
hear me whisper words of longing
carried by a slow windborne song
for you to kneal before me love
gaze so deep into my loving eyes
tell me of your heart’s desire
that I may adorn your throat
with an arc of a dusky ribbon
sweet surender’s tender token
binds us close unto our hearts
trothed as one in understanding
by vows whispered in the dark
to take you down to the water
and cast our seed unto the sea
round wild isles of primal need
