Open Question: Should Manchester United relocate to Isle of Man?
From what I understand, Isle of Man is not an integral part of the UK so it is not subject to most UK laws.
Advantages:
Marketing: The island could be renamed AIG’s Isle of Man U or something like that.
Taxation: The island’s government could offer tax incentives to the club and its players.
Legal: Since most UK laws don’t apply there, countless tourism cross-marketing opportunities could be arranged with brothels, drug dens and Nazi-themed SM hangouts.
Great idea huh?
