Open Question: Ready to start dieting the healthy way,but need some help?
Im a girl 16 5′3 and weigh 140. I know i need to lose like 20 pounds. I kinda went crazy all of june and exercised like crazy and ate 600-900 cals a day. I want to do it the healthy way now. I made a bet with myself thatd ide be a size 9 when school started in 2 months so im hoping i can lose enough weight. Im trying to lose 2 pounds a week, or maybe 3. I exercise an hour and a half everyday at the gym, i go every morning and do diffrent stuff like cardio, weights, abs and stretching. I think 1.5 hours is fine enough time, but if its not,how much should i be doing? As for food, i can never get my cals to go past 1100! Im supposed to eat 1200 but idk if i should stay at 1100 because im only exercising 1.5 hours a day. Breakfast-1/2 cup plain rolled oats, an orange. Snack-90 cal fiber one bar. Lunch-2 vegan bologne slices on 1 whole wheat sandwhich thin roll, an apple. Snack-yogurt dinner-something from the frozen isle. Im fine eating from the frozen isle, im the only vegeterian in the family so i make my own meals and im not sure what to cook. Anyway, can anybody name any snack foods i can buy at the grocery store and if i get skinny cow ice cream would that be bad? And if im doing enough exercise? And how much weight i should lose every week, i undrrstand 3-4 might be kind of hard but with my plan could i lose 2 every week? I really want to do this the right way, so please help and answer my questions!
