Open Question: Kentucky Child support Law..until the end of the school year of 19 years old?
I am required to pay child support until the child has completed the school year during which the child turns 19 . Well my boy is 19 years old and a senior and the classes he is taking will have him end his classes around march although he wont graduate until june. Does anyone know what the Law/Rule is? Do i pay until he march when he is out of school or june when he walks down the isle? It will be such a hastle to get the “Govt” to settle everything ,id just like to know.
