Open Question: Can’t hear voices in Oblivion expansions. (PC)?
In Oblivion I can hear voices regularly. But when I go to Shivering Isles Sheogorath doesn’t speak but I see subtitles. I try to talk to him but his mouth doesn’t move. In my data folder I have the Shivering isles sound archive I unpacked it into my - sound/voices folder but it still doesnt work..
I also have Kvatch rebuilt addon, and it does the same thing, help!
