Open Question: Beachy Head’s Location?
I went there a couple of months ago, but was left slightly confused. Is Beachy Head just one cliff, and where are the seven sisters in relation to Beachy Head. When I was on the open bus tour, im sure the voiceover said the seven sisters were to the south of Beachy Head. And I’ve read here http://www.eastbourne.org/tourism/beachyhead/ that on a good day you can see as far as Selsey and the Isle of Wight, but when I was where I believed ‘Beachy Head’ to be there were cliffs (which I think might have been the Seven Sisters in the way? (I thought the Seven Sisters were behind Beachy Head, but obviously I was wrong). I just want someone with knowledge to clear it up, is Beachy Head a long line of cliffs, or just the one where the lighthouse is on the beach below?
