Danny Boyle’s 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony to Be Inspired by Shakespeare’s The Tempest
of Wonders,” and is also inspired by the industrial past of Stratford, the East London site of the Olympic Park. A giant bell will be rung to start off the ceremony, which will utilize a score by the British band, Underworld.
