Resolved Question: Homeowners Association Fees? Help?
I live in a subdivision that has to pay 35 a month for homeowners association. Anyways I know that every one that lives in this subdivision has to pay the fees but i have alot of neighbors that don’t pay for this. They said they stop paying and they never got a letter about not paying. Why do I have to pay and they don’t. I called the company and told me they will have to end up paying it. But I don’t see them doing anything. I get letters about stuff that i have in my yard and really making me mad. I even got a letter and they took a picture of my yard of what needs to be done. Are they even allowed to take pictures of my home. Should I consult a lawyer?
